The Ohio Department of Development recently announced the 2023/2024 application window for the Ohio Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program. The program awards grants for the demolition of blighted, vacant, or abandoned commercial and residential buildings that are not brownfields.

We invite interested firms to respond to the Request for Proposal, for this important opportunity. The five buildings total 150,000 square feet and comprise 156 feet of river frontage. Proposals are due October 31, 2023.
